ComputerCare has provided Encell Technology with a high level of IT support for a year now. As a growing, six-year old battery research and development Company we chose to outsource our IT function rather than maintain it in-house due to the ever increasing complexity of areas of expertise needed and related costs.
We chose ComputerCare after thoroughly researching and interviewing several different IT groups in the North Central Florida area. ComputerCare was the only group we found that had the breadth of skillsets and depth of resources that we required. We have been using the services of ComputerCare for almost 3 years now, and would like to take a moment to share our experience. My firm, Innovative Scheduling has a very complex computer set up where we host many database servers, application websites, and a complex network to support our teams on-site and overseas. ComputerCare's team has provided excellent services to us over these years, and helped us maintain and expand our network as our company has grown. Their capable team helped us on many mission critical projects including migrating our primary server (hosting exchange, active directory and production instances) in the short span of two days.
